Microsoft Supports Digita Conference

12 February 2008

Head of Microsoft Office Accounting to lead team.

Digita has revealed that a senior Microsoft Management team, which includes Gareth Arnold, the UK Head of Microsoft Office Accounting, will be supporting the company’s sixth Annual Conference in March.

The Digita Annual Conference attracts hundreds of practitioners with a wide range of representation from sole practitioners to Top 10 practices and has a reputation for providing speakers of the highest quality drawn from the profession, from government including HMRC and Companies House, and now from Microsoft.

Gareth Arnold will be accompanied by the Product Managers for Microsoft Office and Microsoft Office Live and they will be overseeing a series of seminars where practitioners can examine at close quarters Microsoft Office Accounting and the new Microsoft Professional Accounting Network.

Digita Managing Director Jerry Rihll said:

"Our annual conference is essentially about communications and networking so it is very apt that we are welcoming Gareth and his team this year. There are incredible opportunities for any accountant in practice who would like to be part of the Microsoft Professional Accounting Network."

Microsoft Office Accounting UK Product Manager Gareth Arnold added:

"Digita is a key Microsoft Partner to the accounting profession and we are delighted to be part of the Digita Conference in March."

The Digita Annual Conference will be at The Marriott Forest of Arden Hotel & Country Club, near Coventry on 13-14 March 2008.

Further information regarding the conference is available by contacting Zoe Bishop on 01395 270 311 or by visiting http://www.digita.com/conference2008/
