Business relationships must complement technology

The importance of developing effective working relationships between practitioners and software suppliers has been emphasised by Henry Ejdelbaum, Managing Director of AIMS Accountants for Business, as one of the firm’s key reasons for acquiring Digita products.

AIMS is the largest group of independent accountants specialising in the accountancy needs of smaller and independent businesses in the UK with 230 member practitioners.

AIMS named Digita as a preferred supplier in 2001, initially acquiring Digita Personal Tax but subsequently adopting the whole product suite adding new products as they have been released.

Henry Ejdelbaum identifies the combination of value and functionality as the reason for being attracted to Digita in the first place but emphasised that effective and happy working relationships underpin what the firm is trying to achieve.
