Microsoft certifies Digita for Windows Vista

08 January 2008

Digita is the first software developer in the accountancy market to announce that its software has been Certified for Windows Vista by Microsoft. The Certified for Windows Vista mark identifies products that meet a higher standard of quality and exploit the best of what Windows Vista has to offer. Certified products are more secure, more reliable and easier to install and maintain.

Brad Goldberg, General Manager for Windows Vista Product Management at Microsoft Corp commented:

"Products that carry the Certified for Windows Vista logo have met explicit standards of reliability and quality, and have been tested and proven to deliver a superior experience with Windows Vista. We are extremely pleased that Digita carries the certified logo and takes advantage of the new technologies available in Windows Vista."

Jerry Rihll, Digita Managing Director, explained why Digita considers Microsoft Certification so important:

"This certification provides accountants with the reassurance that Digita software has been independently tested by Microsoft. As a Gold Certified Partner we enjoy a close working relationship with Microsoft; however what is unique about our relationship is that we perform bespoke development for Microsoft and so we are much closer both technically and strategically. This gives us a huge advantage in developing our software for the profession as users benefit from the highest levels of integration across Digita and Microsoft products resulting in better business performance."
