The practice: This Cotswold based sole practice is run by Chartered Accountant Sharla Dandy who recognises the importance of using the right financial software to the benefit of her practice and to provide her clients with valued added services.

The system draws all the relevant data and validates the input before it is printed for client approval preventing problems later on. The tax aware function gives a good reminder of key issues.

“The crucial point is that with this level of functionality, by saving time and money on compliance related activity, I can devote more attention to providing best practice and value added advice to my clients. Clients’ records can be easily called up making answering queries on the telephone easy, no rummaging through paper files!

“The support service is very good and actually saves me more time. I don’t want to waste time and money listening to telephone music while I move up a queue only to discover the adviser knows little about the product or the professional issues involved.
