Corporation Tax – Online Filing – Companies within the 0% band with NCDs

A number of users have contacted us regarding validation errors relating to boxes 65 and 66. It appears that HMRC are unable to accept online submissions for companies which have no marginal relief but have an NCD charge. This should only occur for companies which have made distributions and which are fully within the starting rate (0%) band. Such companies will need to be submitted on paper until such time as HMRC have updated their systems.
