Book your early bird delegate rate from January 2012

Whilst we have moved the dates of the 2012 conference, we haven’t moved the prices! Book before 30 April 2012 at the early bird rate and not only will you pay the 2011 conference price, you will also save an extra 20%. Prices start from £110+VAT per person.

Special Spouse Package

This year we are offering a special spouse package for delegates wishing to bring a guest. On Thursday 13 September there will be the opportunity to spend a few hours shopping or visiting the wonderful parks and gardens in the nearby regency spa town of Cheltenham before joining us for the Gala Dinner in the evening. Complimentary spa facilities are also available for guests to enjoy on both days at the Four Pillars Hotel*.

*Spa treatments available at an additional cost.

Cancellation Policy
A full refund will be provided for delegate pass and accommodation package cancellations made prior to 30 June 2012. Thereafter we cannot provide a refund, however you may transfer your booking to another delegate. Please inform us of any delegate name changes at your earliest convenience.
