As client details are shared, changes to client details in Digita Contact Manager or any other Digita application can flow automatically into any other Digita application, or any third party application that follows the ICAEW xAPL open data standard. But, unlike other integrated databases, with Digita this flow has intelligence; you decide whether or not you wish to accept changes.

Digita Contact Manager offers a simple and intuitive interface giving everyone in the practice a clear view of a definitive list of clients and contacts and all their associated information. It is designed to help practices collate client and contact information into one place and then make that information available to the tax and accounting applications.

With this central list you can identify clients by industry, type, interests or personal circumstances. You can easily create lists of clients who are farmers or golfers, or both. It is completely customisable so that you can create categories and query them whenever you want.

With Digita Contact Manager you can stay in touch easily with your clients by email or letter and as it intelligently links businesses and people, and staff with their clients, you can make the most of your practice data whilst removing the need for re-keying common information across your Digita software.

Digita Time and Fees offers close integration with the Digita suite, ensuring that all details are correct so that you can concentrate on getting the bills out and paid on time.

Designed for fixed fee billing, menu billing or time sheet billing, Digita Time and Fees offers flexibility and power for the modern practice. Time can be recorded directly to the client or broken down into client jobs and it can be measured against budget for greater efficiency.

Digita Time and Fees offers a comprehensive and versatile reporting system including a full range of time and fees based reports, with the usual WIP based, employee based and client based reports. Reports are fully customisable and we provide full access to the underlying tables should you wish to create your own.
