The latest version of Digita Company Secretarial, version 7.4 build 847 was released at the end of August. It is available immediately on request otherwise it will be shipped to all users during September. It contains the new version of the form 363a that must be used for all annual returns with a made up to date on or after 1st October 2008. If you have not yet upgraded to the recently released 7.3 you can upgrade direct to 7.4 without having to install 7.3 first.
This is currently the most recent version and there are no subsequent updates.
